In April of 2020 he purchased a beautiful Spanish Mission home with Art Deco influence in the College Park Historic District. The renovation process began shortly thereafter and has been a direct education complimenting his Architecture studies. Caring for the home's gardens and honing his landscape design style have developed from past time to art form. In 2022, Ryan and some colleagues formed a real estate investment company specializing in historic home restoration and vacation rentals.
