John and Prissy arrived on St. Croix in 2014. Between the people of St. Croix and their always joyful disposition with a daily “Good Morning” and the enthusiastic culture of the island, John and Prissy are certain they have chosen the best place to live, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean. St. Croix has numerous gorgeous beaches, excellent fine dining choices, and the best “laid back” vibe anyone could find.

Prior to arriving on St. Croix, John enjoyed a 35-year career in real estate investment spanning commercial, residential, and multi-family. He was first licensed as a Texas Real Estate Agent in 1983 and licensed as a Texas Real Estate Broker since 1985. John has no doubt that his success centers on placing customers/clients first and foremost. After all these years John’s motto is still; “Success depends on yourself being available to help and assist people through your time, experience, and knowledge”.
