John Alexander

John Alexander, a native son of St. Croix, returned home after a long career as an entrepreneur in the states. John joined the Calabash team as a key principle and dedicates his energy developing a strong portfolio of residential and commercial assets. The Calabash team is always seeking new opportunities to support those looking to move to, vacation and/or make investments in the many opportunities which exist in the USVI.

John is also an active investor and developer. His portfolio consists of vacation, resort, luxury villas and other residential and commercial assets. Whatever your interests, John and his team are ready to assist. John’s experience in finance, property management, residential and commercial investments as well construction— enables Calabash clients the ability to learn more about what opportunities are available and how to sell, purchase or lease property.
