Nadja Boulger-Watrous

Nadja was born and raised in Germany. The first time she set foot on this stunning island was in 2010. Back then she was working on a sustainable farm in the rainforest. She fell in love at first sight.

Her academic and professional background is in International Business Management and Business Psychology. She has worked for multiple small and multinational companies throughout the years touching on topics such as international IT systems, HR, and Accounting. She has traveled to many parts of the world and is excited about other cultures and languages. Diversity, openness, and honesty mean everything to her personally and in business. The diversity is one of the things that makes St. Croix special to her.

Her Real Estate endeavors started in 2015 when she started to assist in the selling and buying process and had a focus on managing properties from single Residential units, Condos to a 52-unit apartment complex.
