Rhea Abramson

Rhea was born and raised on St. Croix. One of her first jobs in high school was working in Tony Ayer’s real estate office on Strand Street in Frederiksted. Her grandmother, the late Ann E. Abramson, began investing in real estate in the late 1940s and amassed a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in Frederiksted which Rhea currently manages. In 2017, after 22 years in Sales and Marketing in Television Sales in New York City, Rhea returned to St. Croix to create rental properties like those she lived in during her time away from the territory. Hurricane Maria had other plans for Rhea. She spent the last few years overseeing the renovation of 10 hurricane-damaged properties in Frederiksted. She has a fantastic blend of local knowledge of the island and the ability to pursue objectives with a tenacity and dogged perseverance that leaves her clients feeling at ease that all their needs will be met.
