			Honnie Edwards GRI, CRS President/Broker honnie@calabashrealtors.com Honnie Edwards has loved St. Croix and called it home since 1991. Her family vacationed here in the 70s and from those first visits as a teenager St. Croix has always had a piece of my heart. The island is beautiful to behold. The sun drenched beaches, rolling hills, and beautiful architecture all provide a backdrop to the wonderful diversity of people that call St. Croix home. After working 10 years in the real estate business in St. Croix, Honnie founded her own brokerage company, Calabash Real Estate. 			Esther Joseph Vice President/Realtor Associate esther@calabashrealtors.com Esther is originally from the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago. She moved to St. Croix with her parents in 1972 and has lived here ever since. She fell in love with the island's rich culture and became a U.S. citizen at the age of 16. Esther attended both St. Patrick and St. Joseph Catholic schools. Esther brings a wealth of professional experience to Calabash Real Estate, whether dealing with the local government red tape or all the many details of buying and selling real estate. 			Tom Pinchbeck Sales Associate/Property Management tom@calabashrealtors.com Tom relocated to St. Croix 16 years ago from New England, and currently resides on the west end of the Island. For three years Tom worked and supervised the reconstruction of two private homes, destroyed by Hurricane Hugo. After the successful completion of these two projects, Tom started his own project. He opened and operated two very successful restaurants in Frederiksted. After nine years of operation, Tom listed the businesses with Honnie, and she sold them for him. This is when Tom began his current venture with Calabash Real Estate. 			Ness Fennessey Sales Associate ness@calabashrealtors.com Originally from England, Ness has lived on St. Croix since 2001, having arrived here after a world trip. She first fell in love with the island, then her husband Dean, and has been here ever since. For the majority of her working life Ness restored antique furniture and in 2006 decided it was time for a change. Holding Honnie in high regard, and having a background in real estate (Ness' family have a 200 year old real estate business in London) she took the plunge. 			Rebecca Merwin Sales Associate becky@calabashrealtors.com Born and raised in Frederiksted, Becky returned home to St. Croix in 2005, after living 25 years in Washington, DC (most recently in the historic neighborhood of Georgetown) and working in property development, real estate, and technology services. Becky enjoys living in St. Croix for many reasons - family and community as well as beautiful scenery and weather. In 2010, Becky was appointed to the Historic Preservation Commission serving St. Croix and hopes to further the appreciation for the historic elements that surround. I cannot express to you my excitement. The house was perfect. Immediately we began a love affair with this beautiful island. In addition to being a 28 year survivor of breast cancer, I have spent the last 35 years working in various areas of community development from financial literacy to affordable housing. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I moved to the small town of Durham, North Carolina where I maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and hold a Brokers License from the NC Real Estate Commission. 			Trish Rhodes Sales Associate trish@calabashrealtors.com Patricia (Trish) Rhodes hales from the North Star State Minnesota, no kidding. From early on, always reading about places where Palm Trees just would grow, and not in a pot in a building, I always leaned towards finding a way South. I sailed down to St Croix on a 46 foot Venus Catch rigged sail boat named "Zingara". Great adventure, took us 9 months to make the trip, of course we stopped at every island on the way for a Pina Colada. This was during the Gulf war time and so the Coast Guard stopped us several times. They were just protecting our borders. Got to St Croix, fell in love with island, and lived aboard "Zingara" in Green Cay Marina for 8 years. Then we sold the sail boat, and I took up Sport Fishing and am currently on the BOD of the Golden Hook Fishing Club and have been for 13 years. The Golden Hook Fishing Club runs 4 structured tournaments a year and 2 tournaments with St Thomas each year as well as one or two jungle rule spur of the moment tournaments. We just love fishing! The Golden Hook web page is fishstx.com. Going into Real Estate in 1994 on St Croix was a challenge. This is a wonderful island with roads mostly laid out by the Danes who never laid eyes on the island. They were pretty smart though. When driving our main streets, you will see some of our streets signs are still written in Danish. The other streets may or may not be marked, it is kind of like a Treasure Hunt selling Real Estate in the Islands. I just love it! I joined Calabash just a year ago and now Calabash Real Estate is my happy home. She escaped the cold north in 2008 and loves exploring all that the island has to offer.
