Honnie Edwards has loved St. Croix and called it home since 1991.
Her family vacationed here in the 70s and from those first visits
as a teenager St. Croix has always had a piece of my heart.
The island is beautiful to behold. The sun drenched beaches,
rolling hills, and beautiful architecture all provide a backdrop
to the wonderful diversity of people that call St. Croix home.
After working 10 years in the real estate business in St. Croix, Honnie founded her own brokerage company, Calabash Real Estate. Since 2000, the company has been providing a full range of brokerage services. Currently, Calabash has 15 Realtor Associates and does sales and leasing of both commercial and residential properties. Whatever your interest in St. Croix, Honnie will be a great resrouce for real estate information and assistance. She holds her GRI designation and also is a CRS, CRB, and CIPS candidate. She is a board member of the Judith's Fancy Home Owners Association and past Board member of St. Croix Country Day School. She holds membership in St. Croix's Board of Realtors, the VI Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Honnie also serves on the Ethics and Grievance panel for the VI Assoc of Realtors which hears arbitration and ethics complaints.

Tom relocated to St. Croix 16 years ago from New England, and
currently resides on the west end of the Island. For three years
Tom worked and supervised the reconstruction of two private
homes, destroyed by Hurricane Hugo. After the successful completion
of these two projects, Tom started his own project. He opened
and operated two very successful restaurants in Frederiksted.
After nine years of operation, Tom listed the businesses with
Honnie, and she sold them for him. This is when Tom began his
current venture with Calabash Real Estate.

Originally from England, Ness has lived on St. Croix since
2001, having arrived here after a world trip. She first fell
in love with the island, then her husband Dean, and has been
here ever since. For the majority of her working life Ness restored
antique furniture and in 2006 decided it was time for a change.
Holding Honnie in high regard, and having a background in real
estate (Ness' family have a 200 year old real estate business
in London) she took the plunge.
Ness is a great people person and is very enthusiastic to show
property around the island she knows and loves. Having considerable

Born and raised in Frederiksted, Becky returned home to St. Croix in 2005, after living 25 years in Washington, DC (most recently in the historic neighborhood of Georgetown) and working in property development, real estate, and technology services.
Becky enjoys living in St. Croix for many reasons - family and community as well as beautiful scenery and weather. In 2010, Becky was appointed to the Historic Preservation Commission serving St. Croix and hopes to further the appreciation for the historic elements that surround.

Esther is originally from the beautiful island of Trinidad
and Tobago. She moved to St. Croix with her parents in 1972
and has lived here ever since. She fell in love with the island's
rich culture and became a U.S. citizen at the age of 16. Esther
attended both St. Patrick and St. Joseph Catholic schools.
Esther brings a wealth of professional experience to Calabash
Real Estate, whether dealing with the local government red tape
or all the many details of buying and selling real estate. Esther
does it all! She has over 20 years
of managerial experience and has worked with a vast range of
people of many nationalities. She is fluent in the Spanish language
and a certified Notary Public.

Good day. My first trip to the island was with my husband Robert; we flew in to close on a house we purchased sight unseen. I cannot express to you my excitement. The house was perfect. Immediately we began a love affair with this beautiful island.
In addition to being a 28 year survivor of breast cancer, I have spent the last 35 years working in various areas of community development from financial literacy to affordable housing.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I moved to the small town of Durham, North Carolina where I maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors and hold a Brokers License from the NC Real Estate Commission.

“Hello all! Let me tell you a little bit about myself…I made the move from St. Louis, Mo to St. Croix in early 2009. The island’s friendly culture, natural beauty and sun-drenched beaches inspired me to call St. Croix home. While I love the spirit of St. Louis, there’s no place quite like St. Croix to enjoy a plethora of activities with wonderful people. From sailing, surfing, diving & four-wheeling to a relaxing sunset dinner by the ocean, you can’t hardly beat the island life style. I quickly recognized an opportunity to make this island a permanent residence and joined an established, well respected real estate firm. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Missouri with an emphasis in Marketing and Finance.
After graduation I obtained my real estate license and began my professional career in real estate sales, focusing on marketing and advertising as well as property management. Later, I joined a law firm and worked as a paralegal while pursing my Master’s in Legal Studies.
