Welcome. I have loved St. Croix and called it home since 1991. My family vacationed here in the 70s and from those first visits as a teenager St. Croix has always had a piece of my heart. The island is beautiful to behold. The sun drenched beaches, rolling hills, and beautiful architecture all provide a backdrop to the wonderful diversity of people that call St. Croix home.

I support the St. Croix Foundation, a not for profit organization that works to preserve our historic properties. I am a member of the Landmarks Society, Chamber of Commerce as well as a past trustee of the Country Day School. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the St. Croix Board of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing Service and hold my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Tom relocated to St. Croix 16 years ago from New England, and currently resides on the west end of the Island. For three years Tom worked and supervised the reconstruction of two private homes, destroyed by Hurricane Hugo. After the successful completion of these two projects, Tom started his own project. He opened and operated two very successful restaurants in Frederiksted. After nine years of operation, Tom listed the businesses with Honnie, and she sold them for him. This is when Tom began his current venture with Calabash Real Estate.

Originally from England, Ness has lived on St. Croix since 2001, having arrived here after a world trip. She first fell in love with the island, then her husband Dean, and has been here ever since. For the majority of her working life Ness restored antique furniture and in 2006 decided it was time for a change. Holding Honnie in high regard, and having a background in real estate (Ness' family have a 200 year old real estate business in London) she took the plunge.

Ness is a great people person and is very enthusiastic to show property around the island she knows and loves. Having considerable international experience, she is happy to work with people on and off island.

Larry was born in New York but considers himself a "Crucian" since he has resided and was employed in both the private and public sectors in St. Croix since the early 60's. His family is also from St. Croix. he has also established and run businesses in St. Croix, the last being a restaurant in Frederiksted. Robert is originally from Westfield, Massachusetts where he bought, sold and developed real estate as a broker. He still maintains his broker's and contractor's licenses there. After vacationing in St. Croix nearly 20 years ago, he was drawn back to our beautiful island and has called it home for 20 years. Originally from central New York, Erica first came to the island of St Croix in 2004 while visiting her parents. Three years after graduating college with a marketing degree from Old Dominion University that incorporated an international business program from Aarhus Denmark Erica was eager to move to the Caribbean and leave the cold behind. Her attraction to the island was immediate and shortly thereafter she made the move permanent. In the beginning she went back to her college profession and immersed herself in the hospitality industry with managing one of the new up and coming restaurants. Progressing in the service industry lead her to the managing of St Croix's newest luxury bed & breakfast and the opportunity to expand into the real estate profession.

Erica is an ambitious young woman with a diligent work ethic who is confident she can help you find your own slice of paradise on St Croix.

Patricia is a part-time sales associate originally from the exotic island of Aruba. She moved to the island of St. Croix as an infant with her family. A graduate of the St. Croix Central High School she continued her education at Livingstone College in North Carolina where she earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration in addition to her certification as a Mediator and Arbitrator.

Patricia returned to the Virgin Islands and her career involved banking, sales and human resources experience. These attributes can materially contribute to the new vision of success at Calabash Real Estate – Experience the Difference!

Esther is originally from the beautiful island of Trinidad and tobago. She moved to St. Croix with her parents in 1972 and has lived here ever since. She fell in love with the island's rich culture and became a U.S. citizen at the age of 16. Esther attended both St. Patrick and St. Joseph Catholic schools.

Esther brings a wealth of professional experience to Calabash Real Estate, whether dealing with the local government red tape or all the many details of buying and selling real estate. Esther does it all! She has over 20 years of managerial experience and has worked with a vast range of people of many nationalities. She is fluent in the Spanish language and a certified Notary Public.

As the Office manager at Calabash Real Estate and the Personal Assistant to Honnie M. Edwards, the Broker/Owner, Esther is the most efficient, friendly and capable of resources for all our clients and customers.
