- You can borrow up to 80% of the selling price or appraised value whichever is the lesser of the two (Purchase and Construction of house) Personal Mortgage Insurance is required (PMI).
- Lot Loans - Purchase up to 80% of the selling price or appraised value whichever is the lesser of the two. Max Amortization 15 years (6.15%)
- Equity Take-out (Residential lots only) – 50% of appraised value. Max Amortization 8 years.
- Scotiabank Fixed Rate Mortgages - Maximum Amortization 30 and 40 years
(Int. rates 4.00% to 5.625%)
- You can borrow up to 80% of the selling price or appraised value, whichever is the lesser of the two (House Purchase primary residence) Personal Mortgage Insurance is required (PMI). Equity: Cash Out and Limited Cash Out, 2nd Home Purchase available.
- Home Equity and Personal Lines of Credit – Interest Only Payments,
- Access funds by personalized checks or gold card
- Borrow up to 65% of the appraised value (including vacant land)
